Project-specific control for air handling units

The Mark AIRSTREAM air handling units are supplied Plug & Play as standard. For efficient and proper operation, the units are equipped with a fully integrated control: the OJ-Air2 control. This control is programmed on a project basis.

The OJ control controls the entire unit: the bypass of the counterflow exchanger, or the control of the heat wheel, the control of dampers and fans, but also the signaling of the filters. Each unit is internally fused and fully wired up to the service switch. As an option, control of a 3-way valve for a cooler, heater or change-over heat exchanger is possible.

Demand-dependent ventilation is also possible based on CO2, air quality, pressure or humidity. The function of summer night ventilation and frost protection are also integrated in the control.

If you want to realize your own control, we can internally wire the air handling units up to a terminal box.

User-friendly operation

The OJ control is extremely easy to set up and operate. This can be done in three ways:

• OJ Touch user interface
• Laptop/computer
• OJ Cloud

All functions of the Mark air handling units can be performed with the OJ Touch control panel with touchscreen. The development of the control panel is based on simple and intuitive operation. The menus are logical, easy to navigate and have recognizable icons. Thanks to the clear graphic display, users of the Mark AIRSTREAM and AHU devices have a complete overview of the operation of the system. The set and current values are displayed visually and can be set intuitively via the touch screen.

It is also possible to control the AHUs using a laptop or computer. No separate software is required for this. A web-based connection is possible via a network connection. Easy access is possible via a web browser such as Google Chrome.

It is possible to assign an access level per user group via both the web control and the OJ Touch. In this way, only authorized users can change certain system parameters. A password will have to be entered to change settings that are only relevant to installers or service technicians.

Remote control with OJ Cloud

Do you want to control your air handling unit remotely? That’s no problem! In addition to operation with the OJ Touchscreen or a web-based connection, the air handling unit can also be operated via the Cloud.

The OJ Cloud solution makes it possible to operate the unit from anywhere in the world via a fully secure connection. Via the cloud there is direct insight into the performance of the air handling unit. If the performance decreases or if a malfunction occurs, the user will be notified by e-mail. In this way, immediate remote response can be given to the performance and faults of the device. Significant time savings and thus cost savings can be achieved in this way.

Thanks to a secure encrypted connection, the OJ Cloud does not require a separate firewall port. All Mark air handling units with an OJ control from software version MA6.52 automatically have the option to connect to the OJ Cloud.
